Lead Oxide

Plumbous oxide (PbO).
A low temperature flux. Glazes using this material should be tested for lead release, particularly if they are to be used as Tableware. Toxic.

Lithia

Lithium oxide (LiO2)
A vigorous flux often used as partial replacement for soda and potash.
A basic oxide (Alkali).
